Pakistan’s first Hajj flight carrying 328 pilgrims departs

Like Every year Muslim intended Hajji across the world goes to the Saudi Arabia to Perform Hajj, a huge number of Pakistanis also participates intending to perform Hajj. National carrier Pakistan International Airline took responsibility to  provide best services to take and bring Hajji from Pakistan to the Saudi Arabia.

The Hajj flight operations under the government scheme started today, first flight of Pakistan International Airlines departed carrying 328 pilgrims from Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad for Madina.

Meanwhile, see-off ceremony was held at Islamabad airport, Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf was present at Islamabad International Airport to see off the 328 intending pilgrims under the government scheme.

Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said the ministry has made elaborate arrangements in Makkah and Madina to facilitate the pilgrims in the best possible manner.

Speaking on the occasion, the acting Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan said the Kingdom makes comprehensive arrangements in order to ensure that the pilgrims perform their Hajj rituals with ease and comfort.

As many as four hundred and twenty-six flights from different parts of the country will reportedly airlift over one hundred and seven thousand pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.  The flight operation will be completed by 26th of the next month.

Nine more Hajj flights from different cities, including Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar will depart today. The month-long pre-Hajj flights’ operation would culminate on August 26.

A total of four airlines including PIA, Saudi Airlines, Air Blue and Shaheen Air will participate in the operation.

Official of the Pakistan International Airline also said that there will be 107,526 pilgrims from across the country will travel to the Saudi Arabia and to handle them many flights would be operate during all process.
