Pakistan Women entrepreneurs to attend international Expo in Turkey

Pakistan women entrepreneurs delegation aim to gain valuable insights into Turkey’s beauty industry as well as their market to introduce Pakistani products

ISLAMABAD – A 13-member delegation of women entrepreneurs led by Samina Fazil, founder President, founder president Islamabad Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IWCCI) left for Turkey to participate in an international expo, explore opportunities and connect local businesses to a vibrant market.

Besides participating in the BeautyEurasia 2016 to be held 21-23 April in Istanbul, the delegation will visit different chambers, trade associations, high officials and explore opportunities, said Samina Fazil while talking to journalists at the Islamabad airport.

“We will look into opportunities of imports, exports, joint ventures and franchises in the expo by different companies from almost one hundred countries,” she informed.

Samina Fazil said that companies participating in the mega event include those dealing in beauty products, perfumes, personal care, pharmaceuticals, machinery, raw material, importers, exporters and distributors which represent a great opportunity to Pakistan entrepreneurs.

“We will try to gain valuable insights into Turkey’s beauty industry as well as their market to introduce our products which will also cement brotherly relations between the two countries”, she said.

Pakistan Women delegation look forward to meet international buyers and thousands of professionals in Turkey – country with a GNP of around one trillion dollars which is among top 15 global economies. The delgation also aims to introduce Pakistani products in Turkey.

Cosmetics are a massive global industry which is expanding with a fast pace as now men are also getting very concerned to look good.

The delegation includes Mumtaz Akhter, President IWCCI, Munazza Arif, Executive Member IWCCI, Neelam Khalid, Shamshad Kanwal, Musarrat Jabeen, Kiran Mohsin, Shahida Perveen, Parveen Akhtar, Ms. Rahat Waseem and Nadia Kanwal.
