Chinese smartphone manufacturer seeks $30 million initial investment and 10,000 jobs for Pakistanis

Vivo – Chinese multi-national smartphone manufacturer ranked 5th globally and 3rd in China, has pledged to invest $30 million in Pakistan.

Vivo aims to become the number one smartphone company and create 10,000 jobs opportunity for Pakistanis across the country.

Chinese tech giant Vivo is new investor in Pakistani mobile market and seeking collaboration with other Chinese smartphone manufacturers who are full of the local market.

Vivo Pakistan marked its official launch in Pakistan with a mega event in Lahore last night .Where it also unveiled its flagship camera phone Vivo V7+  that comes with a 24 MP selfie camera.

The Vivo V7+ Flagship camera phone that has an extended camera facility inside, 24 megapixels of Selfie Cam is available on the phone. Before it, the phones Vivo X9s & X9s Plus was with 20 megapixels of the camera.

In order to launch the company for the first time in Pakistan, a glowing event was decorated, in which the latest smartphone model is also open up in front of an audience.

The Vivo Pakistan includes over and above 600 people from all of the professions. The chief evaluation leaders of the smart phone production, TV & Film Actors, singers, fashion icons, main-stream media, retail and channel partners.

Vivo is an emerging brand accompanied which includes research and developing units as well as four production parts.

With same spirit, separate from Pakistan, Vivo has to look towards global markets taking in China, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Russia. In his address to the audience, according to President of Vivo Mr. Ding, announced.

He further added that Pakistan is progressing rapidly and that Vivo sees Pakistan as a high-growth market with over 200 million population and only 40% smart phone users indicating that there is a lot of potential in this market.

At the end of event there are dance performances from both sides from Chinese to explain everything in Urdu throughout the event in front of Pakistani audience was more engaging and appreciative for local people.
