Harbah is a surface to surface missile with land attack capability

Pakistan Navy has successfully tested the indigenously built Harbah naval cruise missile in an impressive display of firepower in the North Arabian Sea.

“The missile accurately hit its target signifying the impressive capabilities of Harbah Naval Weapon System,” said by the Pakistan Navy statement.

Pakistan Navy’s newly commissioned Fast Attack Craft (Missile) PNS HIMMAT carried out live weapon firing and demonstrated the high tech weaponry developed by Pakistan’s defence industry.

Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi attended the firing onboard Pakistan Navy Ship ALAMGIR and showed his satisfaction on the operational readiness of Pakistan Navy Fleet units.

He said the successful live weapon firing has once again demonstrated the credible firepower of Pakistan Navy and the impeccable level of indigenization in high tech weaponry achieved by Pakistan’s defence industry. This is a clear manifestation of Government’s resolve to achieve self-reliance in this field.

Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi applauded the researchers, engineers and those contributing to achieving the significant milestone for their successfully developing and launching Harbah Naval Weapon System project.

Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi reaffirmed the resolve of Pakistan Navy to ensure the seaward defence of the country.
