Pakistani Army Cadet wins best foreign military cadet award at Australia’s Royal Military College

A Pakistan Army cadet has been recognized as the best Foreign National Military Cadet by the Royal Military College (RMC), Duntroon, Australia.

Muhammad Haris Mairaj of 141 Long Course has been declared the overall best foreign national military cadet at the passing out parade at the RMC Duntroon.

Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar announced that Cadet Muhammad Haris Mairaj was declared overall best foreign national Military Cadet passing out parade held at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Australia.

“This is a testament to the highest training standards of dedicated and committed Junior leadership of the Pakistan Army,” the DG ISPR added.

Australia’s High Commissioner to Pakistan, Dr. Geoffrey Shaw, congratulated the Pakistani cadet and said that it is a “proud moment” for both Australia and Pakistan.

Recently, RMC Duntroon held a special memorial service to pay tribute to the martyred Pakistan Army officer, Lieutenant Nasir Hussain, who was also a graduate of the military college.
