Six Pakistanis featured on Forbes ’30 under 30′ magazine 2018 Edition

Forbes’ has released the 2018 edition of their ’30 Under 30′ list which sheds a light on 30 game changers in 20 different industries, all under the age of 30.

The list, which is released annually, features 600 individuals making strides in 20 different industries, including art and style, education, games, food, enterprise technology and media.

The six individuals of Pakistani origin also made it to the Forbes ’30 Under 30′ list 2018 edition, which are listed below:

Abbas Haider, 28, Co-founder Aspetto, Inc.

AbbasHaider has made it to the Forbes list under the ‘Manufacturing and Industry’ category for co-founding Aspetto, a clothing firm that deals in comfortable, tailor-made, bullet-resistant clothing and his  business has already raised $300,000 in seed funding and is set to see its 2017 revenue increase$2.5 million.

Anna Khan, 29, Senior Associate at Bessemer Venture Partners

Anna Khan has sourced several breakout since joining Bessemer Venture Partners in February 2012, raising over $141 million in total financing. She was named a “Global Shaper” by the World Economic Forum and a RockCenter Fellow by Harvard Business School.

Sarah Ahmed, 28, Founder of Warp + Weft

Sarah Ahmed made it into the list for her work in the retail and e-commerce sector. She started Warp + Weft which is described as, “a premium denim brand that weaves its own fabric to guarantee the best value and fit

S Zayd Enam, 25, CEO of Cresta

Zayd Enam Mediconnect is a healthcare provider in Pakistan. After dropping out of his PhD program, Enam founded Cresta.ai. The startup, dealing in customer service, works towards improving the quality provided by the industry..

Khizer Hayat, 28, CTO of ThroughPut Inc.

Khizer Hayat, is the head of Teach Pakistan Initiative which is a non-government organisation (NGO) working to improve the quality of rural education in the country and  he is also the co founder of ThroughPut which data services automation company.

Raza Munir, 29, Co-founder of Climb Credit

Raza Munir is the sixth and final Pakistani to make it to the list. His startup named Climb Credit facilitates students in skill-based fields to manage their debt and Raza Munir is the fourth and final Pakistani to make it to the list.
